| How Many Movies and Apps can Fit on an iPod Touch or iPhone? Posted: 14 Jan 2009 12:57 AM CST APPS Each application takes different amount of storage space, particularly depending how many audio, video, and image data that they contain. However, just to give everybody a rough idea, I currently have 67 applications installed that are taking about 218 MB space, which works out as a little over 3MB per application. On iPhone 3G you can have up to 9 screens and 16 apps per screen, plus 4 dock applications. This will total to 148 icon spaces per application. Considering that... |
| How To Move, Rearrange, and Delete iPhone and iPod Touch App Icons Posted: 14 Jan 2009 12:52 AM CST Moving and arranging iPhone and iPod Touch icons can be necessary to keep your iKid's favorite apps on one screen. Once they are in this state, you can hold and move any of the apps to the other screens or place them to another location on the same screen. In order to exit from this mode, press the home screen. Watch the below video... |

Note that iPhone will probably need an AV cable in order to use such a projector. | Best iPod Touch and iPhone Cases with Stands Posted: 14 Jan 2009 12:54 AM CST iPod Touch is a fragile device for a clumsy young kid to handle, so when I got my son an iTouch, the first thing I did was to order an iPod Touch case. When I did my research, I looked for non-slippery cases with stands so that we can easily use his iPod Touch and my iPhone as video players without holding it.We bought an iPhone case that fits both to his iTouch and my iPhone. Even though it does the job for us, the case is for iPhone so it does not fit snugly to iPod Touch and the... |

Even though my iKid absolutely loved this application, I think there are many improvements possible. For example, graphics can be improved and letters can be spelled out when they are touched. Also, currently it is impossible to place a letter to a wrong location. While this feature makes my iKid correctly spell every word, it is not teaching spelling as well as it could. Get it here. iBear FlagsCost: $1.99Age: 5 years and upThis application... |
