If you haven’t downloaded the iPhone application for TV.com, then do it now. I just downloaded it after reading in the New York Times that I can watch full-length episodes and short clips of TV shows like Gossip Girl, Ghost Whisperer, and 90210. The application is free to download, and gives you access to programming from a handful of channels like Showtime, CW, and CNET. You can even create a feed of your favorite shows so you always know what’s current. It works great over Wi-Fi and 3G, but if you have EDGE like I do, you’ll be seriously waiting a while for a single show to load. I didn’t see any ads playing during the video, which is great, although the video quality wasn’t all that even over Wi-Fi. Either way, this is a great (and free) way to watch your favorite shows while you travel or during your commute.

You may have heard that Nintendo is relasing the Nintendo DSi in the U.S. on April 5th. This latest version of the Nintendo DS features dual cameras (one inside and one outside), larger screens, SD card slot, ability to download games, and better speakers. The new version will be available in white and blue and retail for approximately $180. This version of the DSi is already available in Japan, and now three more colors have been revealed. Kotaku says the new colors being relased in Japan are Pink, Lime Green, and Metallic Blue, which will go on sale on March 20. What does this mean to you? Nothing really, except they may be colors we can expect hopefully by Christmas time. Honestly, I’m still not sure why anyone would “upgrade” to the DSi, but if you plan to do so, you better start selling that old Nintendo before anyone else starts.

Most of the items featured on Techie Diva are for women, but once in a while we come across fab fashion items for men, and we just have to feature them. Take for example, the Dior Blow shades, which are of the limited edition kind with only 500 pairs going into production. The retroesque, fluorescent shades don’t include any video or tiny computers inside, but they sure look very futuristic ala Geordi LaForge. Look for sci-fi orange, pink, blue, white, and black editions in Dior boutiques everywhere, and get your pair now before Kanye West wears them out.

Admit it, you want one too. If the economy wasn’t so bad, you’d probably be all over Karl Lagerfield’s ostentatious Chanel Segway. I’ve seen the Porsche Segway in Vegas, but for the classy, refined rider, the Chanel Segway is the two-wheeler to have. This rugged beauty features a CHANEL 2.55 bag on the handlebars, and matching mud flaps. Pricing is unknown, although I’d expect to pay a few thousand for a luxury vehicle like this one.
