released details of Ovi, its own online applications platform at this

Sony Ericsson was busy showing off its concept Entertainment
Unlimited Service. The idea is to encourage communication between
devices from across the wider business, effectively making it easier to
share content between Sony Ericsson handsets, PCs and audio visual
equipment such as Hi-fis and TVs. Demos of the tentatively named Idou,
their new touch screen phone, were also shown.

Adobe continues to develop its Flash Player 10 for smartphones, which
will finally bring the full desktop version of Flash to the mobile
world. According to Adobe this won't be available until next year,
although it's already compatible with platforms such as Android, Windows
Mobile and Symbian S60. Smartphone owners will have to wait a bit longer
until all of the web can become truly accessible.
